Managing Partner
Mr. Lauriston F. Wilson, JR., a former Director General of the Ministry of Finance, who has had a long and distinguished career in the Grenada Public Service. In this connection, he was honoured by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, II, in 1985, with the insignia of Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE).
Mr. Wilson is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) having been admitted as a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of England in 1981, and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of England in 1982. Mr. Wilson is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago.
Since 1992, Mr. Wilson has been the Partner in charge of the Firm of Wilson & Co. Mr. Wilson also assisted in establishing Price Waterhouse, Grenada, Office in March 1992, which he managed from then until April 1996.
Audit Partners
Mr. Peter Wilson is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) and is currently pursuing studies leading to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants' (ACCA) qualifications.
Prior to joining Wilson & Co., in August 1993, Mr. Wilson spent nine (9) years (first as an audit assistant rising to audit senior) with the Firm of Pannell Kerr Forster. Mr. Wilson has considerable audit experience and is quite capable of leading the audit team.
Mr. Donald Wilson who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Howard University, Washington DC, is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Wilson joined the Firm in December 1993.
